  • Express Shipping: If you need your baked goods sooner, we offer express shipping, which delivers your order within 1-2 business days.
  • Local Pickup: For customers in the local area, we also provide the option to pick up your order directly from our bakery. This allows you to enjoy your treats even sooner!

Shipping Rates

Our shipping rates are calculated based on the weight and destination of your order. To determine the exact shipping cost, simply add your desired items to the cart and proceed to the checkout page. The shipping cost will be displayed before you finalize your purchase.

Order Processing Time

Once your order is placed, our dedicated team works diligently to prepare and package your baked goods with care. Please allow 3 business days for order processing before it is shipped. You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order has been dispatched.

Shipping Restrictions

At this time, we only offer shipping within the United States. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause to our international customers.

Delivery Guarantee

We take great pride in delivering your baked goods in perfect condition. In the unlikely event that your order arrives damaged or in unsatisfactory condition, please contact our customer support team within 48 hours of receiving your package. We will gladly assist you.

Returns Policy

1. Eligibility for Returns

To be eligible for returns, please provide a picture and description of the damaged item.  Please note that perishable items, such as our freshly baked breads and bagels, cannot be returned, however we will gladly send you a replacement order or issue a refund dependent upon the situation.

2. Return Process

If you wish to return an eligible item, please contact our customer service team within 7 days of receiving your order. You can reach us by email at returns@beaniesbreads.com or by phone at 1-562-400-3212. Our team will guide you through the return process and provide you with a return authorization number.

 

4. Refunds

Once we receive your returned item and verify its condition, we will process your refund. The refund will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase. Please note that it may take up to 5 business days for the refund to appear in your account.

5. Exchanges

If you would like to exchange an item for a different product, please follow the return process outlined above and indicate your preference for an exchange. Our customer service team will assist you in selecting a suitable replacement.

6. Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact our customer service team immediately. We will arrange for a replacement to be sent to you as soon as possible, free of charge.

About Beanie's Breads

Beanie's Breads was established in 2020 and is built on a foundation of love, community. equality and a shared love of slow fermented sourdough breads. Beanies started out baking breads for family and friends (sorry for all of those flat hard Frisbee breads guys! thanks for sticking with me)! When the world exploded over George Floyd, Breonna Taylor, Elijah McClain and many, many others, I wasn't able to protest due to medical issues. I decided to sell bread and donate proceeds to organizations that work tirelessly to eradicate racism and support equality. We still donate proceeds from every loaf sold today! Last but not least - why Beanie's? I've been asked if my breads are made from beans, I've been called Bennie...the list goes on. Way back when, in 1966 my grandfather walked into the hospital room to meet his son's 4th child. He took one look at me and said, "That's not Michele, that's Beanie and she's gonna be a ball player". The nickname stuck, I did become a ballplayer and when it came time to name my business - it just made sense.

Hiya! Thanks for being a fan of Beanie's Breads! So, a little about me, I am one of those happy, positive, light up the room kind of girls on the outside. Underneath all that sunshine is a strong, fierce, warrior with scars from surviving abuse as a kid and in a marriage, a warrior that decided that life was going to be different for my 3 kids. So I set out to do my part to change the world one thought, one word, action at a time. That eventually put me on the path to Beanie's Breads.
