Beanie's Fav Cranberry Orange Muffins

I LOVE THESE MUFFINS...I have the hardest time even getting this batter into the muffin cups.  Anything vanilla or caramel and I am there. This vanilla based batter, the oodles of orange zest and fresh squeezed orange juice, paired with fresh juicy whole cranberries, bursting as they bake and adding their own mouth puckering tartness that only fresh cranberries can bring...need I say more?  Oh, but I do, dusted with sanding sugar and then brushed with fresh OJ when they come out of the oven.
