Gorgonzola and Caramelized Sweet Onion - 32 Oz

The title says it all about this amazingly flavorful and robust loaf. The sweet onions are caramelized in butter and olive oil, and then added to the sourdough along with crumbled gorgonzola cheese. This bread is wonderful on its own, and also stands up to any sandwich that you can come up with.
